Extending One Church Into a New Community
How 323 Solutions helped Risen Savior launch a new campus in Parrish with its own identity, digital presence, outreach infrastructure, and connection to the established Risen Savior brand.
When Risen Savior prepared to expand beyond its longtime Lakewood Ranch campus in 2024, the challenge was bigger than opening another location. The new Parrish campus needed to feel unmistakably Risen Savior while developing a personality and community presence of its own.
323 worked alongside the ministry to establish that identity and build the digital and outreach foundation behind the launch — from branding, website, social media, and local search to ministry programs, print marketing, and ongoing search visibility.

Risen Savior had historically operated as a single-campus church in Lakewood Ranch.

One Church. A New Community. Its Own Expression.
The goal was never to make Parrish look like a separate church or a duplicate of Lakewood Ranch. The goal was to create a local expression of the same Risen Savior mission — recognizable, distinct, and built for the community it serves.
From One Campus to Two
Risen Savior had spent years building recognition in Lakewood Ranch. Launching Parrish meant extending that trust into a new community without making the new campus feel like a copy — or like a separate church.
One Risen Savior
Shared mission, theology, visual recognition, and ministry identity.
Lakewood Ranch
The established expression of the Risen Savior brand and the foundation from which the multi-campus identity would grow.
- Established recognition
- Existing ministry reputation
- Original campus identity
Parrish
A new local expression designed to feel clearly connected to Risen Savior while developing its own personality and community presence.
- Shared brand recognition
- Distinct local identity
- Parrish-specific messaging
Familiar Enough to Trust.
Distinct Enough to Belong.
The Parrish brand needed to answer two questions at the same time: “Is this Risen Savior?” and “Is this for Parrish?”
Preserve Recognition
Maintain the core Risen Savior logo, visual language, and ministry identity.
Add Local Personality
Give Parrish room to develop its own voice, imagery, messaging, and community feel.
Keep the Family Resemblance
Make both campuses feel intentionally related instead of independently branded.
Build for Expansion
Create a campus architecture that could support future growth without reinventing the brand again.
The result is a campus that feels locally relevant without losing the trust and identity of Risen Savior as a whole.
Starting From Zero.
Building Something Local.
Before 2024, Risen Savior Parrish effectively did not exist as a congregation or local digital entity. The campus had to establish recognition, ministry participation, search visibility, and community awareness from the ground up.
No Local Campus.
No Parrish Membership.
No Independent Digital Footprint.
The 2024 launch meant introducing Risen Savior to a community where the church had no established local history. Brand recognition, worship, outreach ministries, search visibility, and community relationships all had to begin together.
From no Parrish congregation before launch to 45 members in 2026.
A Congregation Taking Root
The Parrish campus has continued to establish itself beyond its initial launch, with membership and financial support growing as the ministry becomes more deeply rooted in the community.

Digital Visibility Supports the Mission.
It Doesn't Create the Ministry.
The growth of Risen Savior Parrish belongs to the pastors, members, volunteers, families, outreach ministries, and Gospel-centered work happening in the community.
323's role is to make sure that when someone in Parrish begins looking for a church, an event, a family program, or answers about faith, Risen Savior has the digital foundation to be found.
Building Bridges Before Sunday
Launching a church in a new community requires more than announcing a worship time. Risen Savior Parrish needed meaningful, approachable ways for local families to encounter the ministry, build relationships, and become familiar with the people behind the new campus.
Mornings with Mommy
An established Risen Savior ministry was extended into Parrish, creating an approachable way for parents and young children to connect with the new campus through play, activities, and community.
- Program digital infrastructure
- Website and registration pathways
- Email communication
- Digital promotion and outreach
Builders Club
Builders Club created another family-centered entry point into Risen Savior Parrish — giving the campus a distinctive local program designed to bring children, parents, and the church community together.
- Program launch infrastructure
- Dedicated web presence
- Registration and communications
- Search and promotional visibility
Create Reasons to Connect Before Asking Someone to Attend Church
Programs like Mornings with Mommy and Builders Club give Risen Savior a way to serve the community first. They create low-pressure opportunities for families to meet people from the church, experience the campus, and begin building relationships naturally.
A family finds a program through search, social media, print, or word of mouth.
They attend an event designed around the needs and interests of local families.
Relationships begin with volunteers, ministry leaders, and other families.
When the family is ready, Risen Savior is already a familiar presence.
Outreach Needs Infrastructure Too.
A ministry program only works digitally when the pieces around it work together. 323 helped connect the systems families interact with before, during, and after registration.
For a new campus, outreach isn't simply about promoting Sunday worship. It's about creating meaningful ways for a community to meet the church first.
Evolving How Parrish Gets Found
When the Parrish campus launched, the first priority was establishing a digital presence that Google and local families could find. As search behavior has evolved, the strategy has evolved with it — from traditional SEO and local search into answer engines and AI-driven discovery.
SEO
Help search engines understand the campus, its ministries, its location, and the questions its website can answer.
Local SEO
Establish Parrish as a real local entity so people nearby can discover the campus through Google Search and Maps.
AEO
Structure content so modern search experiences can directly answer questions about worship, beliefs, ministries, and events.
GEO
Strengthen the signals AI systems use to understand what Risen Savior Parrish is, where it serves, and when it is relevant.
People Don't Always Search With a Church Name.
Someone may begin with a broad need rather than a specific organization. That means Parrish's digital presence has to help search systems connect those questions back to the campus.
Moving Beyond Branded Search
Parrish is increasingly visible for searches from people who may not already know the Risen Savior name.
Average Google position improved by more than ten positions.
From deep in search results to a first-page average position.
Search impressions increased year over year during the latest comparable period.
Direction requests increased from 102 to 166 year over year.
Search Is Becoming a Conversation.
Traditional rankings still matter, but people increasingly ask search engines and AI assistants complete questions instead of typing short keyword phrases. That changes how organizations need to structure and publish information.
323 is helping Parrish make its content increasingly clear to both people and machines — defining the campus, ministries, location, beliefs, events, and relationships between each part of the Risen Savior organization.
“I'm looking for a family-friendly church near Parrish with programs for young children. What are my options?”
The goal is for search and AI systems to have enough trustworthy, structured information to understand when Risen Savior Parrish is relevant to that question.
The technology behind discovery will keep changing. The objective remains the same: help people looking for what Risen Savior offers find their way to the church.
